Blend all together:
Blueberries (handful)
Strawberries(handful)
Walnuts(2 or 3)
Kale(quarter cup)
Spinach (quarter cup)
Collard Greens(quarter cup)
Water or Almond Milk (fill in order to make 16oz)
Power Greens(1 scoop)
Sunfiber (2 scoops)
Protein (1 scoop)
Banana (1 inch)
*Raw Egg (Optional)
